ATHENS, Ga., (February 10, 2022) – Landmark Properties, a fully-integrated real estate firm specializing in development, construction, investment management, and operation of high-quality residential communities, announces plans to develop The Metropolitan at Tampa, located at 2701 E. Fowler Avenue, to serve students at the University of South Florida. Construction is slated to begin in June, with the residential community being delivered for student occupancy in August 2024.
