Athens-based student housing developer Landmark Properties has been ranked No. 2180 on Inc. magazine’s 2019 Inc. 5000, posting 185% revenue growth over the past three years. The annual Inc. 5000 is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.
This is the second consecutive year Landmark Properties has been named to the Inc. 5000. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment.
Landmark is one of only two Athens, Georgia-based companies on the 2019 Inc 5000. The vertically integrated development company has also been ranked as the nation’s most active student housing developer with more than $4.1 billion of assets under management and 60 properties. Landmark currently has more than 750 full-time employees across the country, including over 175 at its corporate headquarters in downtown Athens.
